Good... The employees in the service dept need to acknowledge customers when they walk in even thou they are with a customer. If your on the phone at least l The employees in the service dept need to acknowledge customers when they walk in even thou they are with a customer. If your on the phone at least look at the customer and smile. I did not experience that when I and four others walked in yesterday morning. . But when I was helped by Jeremy, he was very pleasant and helpful and called me when my car was done as I left for a couple of hours. When I came back he hurried to get my car. I was overall very pleased with my morning at Kia.😊 More

With my most recent experience, they found a few things in my routine inspection that needed addressing. They offered to get me to and from a doctor’s appointment so I could get the repairs done, as it would have extended beyond the time I’d initially planned for - or I could schedule service later. I accepted the rides and got everything done. Brendon at the service desk also went out to be sure the car was vacuumed as thoroughly as I wanted and made sure it was done well. All communications were done with authentic friendly smiles. I recommend this dealer to friends all the time! More
