Calls from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT are never returned or they do not pick up their phones when transferred resulting in voice messages resulting in calls NOT returned. Trying to make a service app on is like pulling teeth. I asked for a meeting with the SERVICE MANAGER during my last visit, because I had a complaint. He was too “busy” to talk to me HIS customer. After several requests to meet with him in person, he sent the Assistant Manager CATHY to “deal” with me. She took care of my problem in an efficient and straightforward manner. SHE SHOULD BE THE SERVICE MANAGER not THE xxxxxxx who currently holds the position. More
