I was referred to Car Pros Kia of Tacoma via the Costco Auto Program and had the worst car buying experience ever.  My Kia Sportage was purchased in April 2025.  It took many trips back and forth to the de Auto Program and had the worst car buying experience ever.  My Kia Sportage was purchased in April 2025.  It took many trips back and forth to the dealership.  They had me sign the wrong paperwork and had to return to resign all new contracts.  Because of the wrong paperwork the infotainment system didn't work correctly.  They delivered a brand-new vehicle with a dent, I took a vacation day, schedule the repair drove to the dealership again only to be told I'd have to leave it for the day with no loaner car.  They forced me to buy a $1500 Lojack which the vehicle didn't have even though they told me all their vehicles have to have them because they are in Tacoma, WA which is apparently a very bad location for crime.  Because the vehicle was a dealer trade it was delivered with many more milage than listed on the paperwork and they wouldn't change it.  They kept resetting the Lojack causing me to have to reprogram its app several time and involving several more phone calls.  I called the dealership dozens of times regarding all of these issues, left numerous messages to get answers before getting any information.  I can't express my dissatisfaction well enough in an email.  I will never visit, use, or recommend this dealership to anyone.  More
