Saturday Walkin-in Oil Change I'd tried to make an online Saturday appointment for an oil change for my Forte. This does not work. I tried calling that Saturday morning, but the line was busy and the wait was long. Sorta hoping I could wait and get the oil changed (and expecting to wait HOURS), I went into the service department just before 9 o'clock. By 10 o'clock that Saturday morning -- A SCANT HOUR LATER -- I was paying and bill and walking out the door. Yippee!!! More

Recalls I brought my car in for past recalls. I didn't have another ride so they told me I could wait there, with all their perks or they would Uber me anyw I brought my car in for past recalls. I didn't have another ride so they told me I could wait there, with all their perks or they would Uber me anywhere I wanted to go in the area. I opted the Uber and spent my time with friends. In the 3 hours they had my car, they checked for recall issues but they also checked all my systems, did an oil change and washed and vacuumed my car! They also updated the computer systems, I think. All for free. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the service I was provided. More
