Aside from the fact that we purchased the van with the Carfax saying it passed safety inspection. We had defective tires and ended up going to a 3rd party tire company as service ignored my complaint when Carfax saying it passed safety inspection. We had defective tires and ended up going to a 3rd party tire company as service ignored my complaint when I mentioned it when I brought the car in for transmission issues. Also we purchased free oil changes for life, beware of the use of the term "complimentary vehicle inspection" I have had 3 oil changes done at this location and they fail every single time to inspect the vehicle. This last time was I think 5 items, 2 were safety, 2 were DOT required lighting, and 1 xxx a loose fuse for the passenger side sliding door. On a side note, when I was told that everything was good in the inspection, they I asked if the windshield washer fluid was refilled and it was which contridicts what was said Instead of doing the job right when I have the service done, I get a call asking me to bring the car in to have the inspection done. It's almost a 45 minute drive to get there. In the end we bought our new car from them and had to trade it in for a larger car thinking we would be treated a little different as return customers.
