I bought a car for them in February of 2012 when they were advertising some kind of really really low down payment, like 50 bucks or something. Well I drove away with a 2006 Pontiac G6- Sedan not knowing were advertising some kind of really really low down payment, like 50 bucks or something. Well I drove away with a 2006 Pontiac G6- Sedan not knowing what a horrible decision I made and here is why!!! First when he asked for my proof of employment and how long I was working there I gave him 3 pay stubs and told him I had two years working for them and he looked at my pay-stub and told me it didn't look like more than a year and a half and I shouldn't lie because the finance company would find out and could penalize me!!! I was soo offended because I never lie and he didn't even know me to make such a comment! Second he told me the color I was approved (green the lowest and around $ 11,000 when all said and done) we went out and when I found the car I liked he acted like he couldn't find the keys because they put the wrong sticker on it (in stead of green it should have been silver or red which I later found out it was really $13,000 all said and done). After waiting 20 long min for him to finally "find" the keys i test drove it and said I would take it. Third when it came down to the very very low price that brought us in the first place had been jumped up to $1,000!!! I was shocked but m\really needed a car so i said yes since I had a car to trade in anyway, They gave me $1,500 for my 2000 Chevy Malibu that was broken down, but he said he still needed more money or he couldn't give me the car! I gave him $300 and he said he still needed me to come in and pay $500 ASAP! So in total $2,300 was what I put down for my car, that would bring me down to $11,000 to be financed. I was 20 years old no experience in buying cars since my uncle had given me my Chevy and wasn't able to notice that I ended up paying the difference between the sticker price (what I got financed for) and how much the car really was (the other sticker)!! Finally the interest is so high that I am paying over $20,000 for a car that isn't even worth $8,000!! That was just when buying the car, after buying the car I have been having problem after problem with them! I'm a day late and they call all my references, I try calling my rep about why i'm late and to schedule a payment but she NEVER answers EVER!!! I leave messages and she doesn't call me back, she waits to call me at work saying I'm past due. I couldn't afford it anymore back in October so I had someone to take over and they weren't paying and called me wanting money then garnishing my wages, later I went to get my car back from her and they called me saying that I couldn't take the car from her and if I did they would repo it from me to give back to her not to mention they were giving her my personal info. It got to the point where I told them to repo it because I couldn't find her and couldn't afford to have my wages garnished every month for some low life to ride around in that car at my expense!! They guy told me that he couldn't deal with me since I wasn't in possession of the car I had no choice but to pay, I asked to speak to someone above him so i can just get the car repossessed and go pick it up if I had no choice but to keep it. He told me there was nobody else I could talk to deal with the mess I made. In the end I was so tired of getting tickets send to my house I tracked her down . . . . went to her house . . . .. called the police and got my CAR BACK! Now its July and have had my rep changed 3 times and still bad services, I lost my job and called the new rep and told him my situation and I voluntarily choose repossession of my car since I CAN NOT pay anymore and he told me there is no options or choice you have to pay. So we will see what happens now and in the mean time I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there!!! P.S I for got to mention the arbitration agreement Is the worst thing to sign and stay away from it like the plague!!! Arbitration is basically a fancy word for giving up you rights to go to court if anything goes wrong. More
