When nobody would give me a car they were able to get me into 3 year old car with $1500 down and reasonable payments. Interest rate was a little high but it beats having no car.

Small claim court is all I have to say . A total disrespect for the customer . No working car after 3 weeks but did take my first payment . No plates to my car , Joliet car outlet closed down none to call you back I’m taking my happy xxx to down town ! My car wasn’t cheap .

This place has the worst service ever. The cars are not reliable days after I purchased my Buick Enclave the check engine light came on. I didn't think to much of it at the time. But when I went into the office to make my final down payment I spoke to Christian the manager at the time and he said it was because of the gas that I was using. I then took the car to my mechanic for a oil change and found that it was missing a motor mount. Funny thing the motor mount was one of the things not covered in that scam of a warranty that they provide you with to make you think you have more than you actually do. Their number one priority is to sell the car. Juan told so many lies like I'm selling you this car for $7000 but once they tack on the finance charges and fees it's $23000 (but worth $4500 on KBB). A freaking joke right. So now that the check engine light is on and not going off I take the car back to them only to find out that christian is no longer the manager and the new manager can't assist you with something that Christian was previously working with you on. I had my husband cousin push and insist on buying a car from here after I told her not to many times so she used him as a reference because Juan said you will get a car note payment off only to find out that you will only receive $100 if you have had your car more than 90 days. I want to repay this loan as fast as I received it this was one of the worst decisions of my life. This car lot scam on the people with low credit because they know that it's hard to get you finance with a great car lot.They also tell you that if you decide to purchase other insurance instead of their insurance it will lower your rate no it stayed the same they just cut the number of months. Juan and Christian are very untruthful and deceitful. Now I find out that my auto insurance is rising because they discovered that the car has been in accidents in the past and it does not have any of its original parts which means that the safety features may not work.

My wife and I drove 2 hours to buy a car that they told me they had I called them two times on the way up there and they said yep I'm looking at the car we got there and had already agreed on a down payment they raised the down payment and didn't even have that car then after 6 hours at the dealership we got a similar car and negotiated a tank of gas with our deal they only put in half a tank and said I'll call you tomorrow to see how it's going and I will send you a gas card they never called then a week later they called and said they were picking up the car cause we didn't give them six references which they never asked me for when I was there and they didn't give me all the paperwork that I signed while I was there and now I'm getting threatening phone calls from the manager whom when I asked for his name he only gave me a first name and when I called back and asked for him nobody by that name worked there this was after he hung up on me do not buy a car from there

Car outlet is by far the wrostdealershipever! They lie to you, try to speak a different language you do not speak to confuse you. Selling cars that been major accident only slightly fixed enough to sell them they scam artists. Do not trust them!
