After a nightmare hassle I was able to get in touch with George Gil, sales manager to put a deposit down on a car, site unseen. He took my money and assigned me to Simon, a sales agent. I made Simon aware that I live 3 hours from the dealership. George had told me the car wasn’t there yet but would definitely be on their lot that evening or early the next morning AT THE LATEST, and Simon said he’d let me know when it arrived. So, the next morning I called to confirm but was told he was busy. I waited a few hours and texted him. No response. At one o’clock we started to make the drive, texting him again that we were starting our 3 hour drive. He completely ignored my messages and didn’t return calls. I texted again that we were 20 minutes away. No response. Upon our 4pm arrival, the car wasn’t there, he was hanging out with the other agents doing nothing and not with a client. When I asked him why he ignored my messages and allowed me to make a 6 hour round trip, I was unapologetically told: “I told you last night I would let you know when the car arrived.” I was so disgusted I got my $500 deposit back and left. He had a guaranteed sale and ignored me and treated us like garbage. I would not recommend this dealership, and I would DEFINITELY not recommend Simon. Stay away. More
