Well everything started off fine until they got their money.. now they answer the phone when they want... I've waited for my tag and called them to keep check on it not them calling me.. then I'm told th money.. now they answer the phone when they want... I've waited for my tag and called them to keep check on it not them calling me.. then I'm told that once they got my tag I would be overnighted to be as of 1/07 I've called to inform them that my paper tag would be expired 1/8 and I was told I have a grace period of 72 hours and they can't print another tag and my tag would be in the next Wednesday...which now I ask who is going to pay for my ticket if I get pulled riding on a expired tag and guess what no response! So basically when they get their money they are done with you your on your on.. and I did let Juan know that I will make sure to mention this on the review. Front desk barley answers the phone when that's supposed to be her main job! Don't like the customer service after. Thought I'll be back for my truck once I'm done paying for my car but most likely I will not! More

High pressure sales tactics. $5,000 dealer fees and they are non-negotiable. They make you sign a non refundable deposit form. Once you give that deposit you are screwed!
