I found these guys doing an internet search. They were 250 miles away, but had the car I wanted. Once I was satisfied that the car was clean, the transaction was simple and done through faxes and emails. They arranged for transport - all I had to do was sign for the car and it was dropped off where I wanted it. When I got the car there were no surprises - it was as advertised, in great shape. Buying a used car can be a little nerve racking and most people enter into the process at least a little skeptical. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I felt dealing with Jonathan and how confident I was that he was looking out for me and making sure I got the best deal possible on my 2004 BMW. Not only did he find the perfect car for me in just a matter of weeks, but it was in excellent condition and very reasonably priced. Before I took possession, Jonathan thoroughly reviewed the car with me, even pointing out some very minor paint imperfections that I probably wouldn’t have noticed on my own. And a week later when I noticed a rock chip in the windshield Jonathan immediately offered to pay to get it fixed. In addition to the stellar custom procurement service, Adam did an incredible job of selling my old car on consignment. The car was cleaned, photographed and advertised within hours of signing the contract and just a short time later the car was sold and I was handed a much bigger check than I was expecting. I visited the office several times during the process of buying and selling my cars and each and every time I was met with warmth and friendliness not typical of a “used car dealership”.
