I purchased a 2009 Mercedes AMG C63 from Car Connections USA, and have had a terrible experience. The car was represented as having never been wrecked. Car Connections USA said they had hardly made any money on the transaction anyway (like that has anything to do with the issue), and refused to accept any responsibility or help in any way with the damages. There is a lot more to the story, and this site will be updated in a couple of weeks to reflect a full and accurate account. Trust and integrity are always at question when you purchase from a used car dealer, especially when you purchase over the internet. And with Car Connections USA, it appears their policy is BUYER BEWARE. I'm sure most cars sold through Car Connections USA are easy and succesful, but the real test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. Friendly, fair pricing, no hassle making the deal, no hidden charges. Car had a few scrapes but was as described. The sales experience seemed honest and open and customer service focused. The truck bought was a rental vehicle and still has warranty from factory so I suggest others look for the same whenever buying used cars. And look at the carfax. The person below form 2008 with the BMW with bent frame should have looked at carfax since something major must have happened and surely would have been reported. But anyway this dealership is more like a auto broker so how should they know if the car was bad. It would be hard to exchange a car, you are talking major money. Perhaps insurance would cover, not sure... Anyway, I would be mad to, but more mad at myself for not being sure I was covered with warranty from manufacturer and carfax. More

Adam arranged for the car to be evaluated at the garage of my choice and handled all the details. The car was clean and ready to go when I picked up the car. When I got there, the paperwork went very quickly and everyone was friendly and professional. The car in in excellent shape inside and out, better than I even expected! My local mechanic looked at it and said it's "perfect, not a thing wrong". I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to do business with these guys and I'll definitely check there first when looking for another vehicle. I recommend them to anyone.
