I have been seeing Car City's ads for years in the Yorktown Penny Saver and when my vehicle finally kicked the bucket and I was in the market for a new car I figured that t City's ads for years in the Yorktown Penny Saver and when my vehicle finally kicked the bucket and I was in the market for a new car I figured that there was a good place to start. I browsed on their website initially, (which is far better than most dealers,) and went personally on a Saturday afternoon. Once you get past the smaller lot, parking lot, and offices (which was very surprising since there are so many cars online) and the final result was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful, the process was equally great, and the Honda that I did buy was in tip top shape. When we went in to look for a car for my daughter our salesman Brad not only recognized us from our last purchase, but remembered mine and my wife’s name, and even had the oil changed and car washed on my wife’s car while we browsed the lot. Once my daughter caught eyes on a Cabrio Brad put a plate on it and the top down so she could test drive it, and even let her use his iphone so she could test out the AUX jack on the stereo. This was the worst dealer i have ever worked with, they had little knowledge on my vehicle, agreed to make several small repairs and when they told me the truck was done i would go to pick it up and nothin had little knowledge on my vehicle, agreed to make several small repairs and when they told me the truck was done i would go to pick it up and nothing was done, and they'd try to get me out of there with the truck as it was. then when i asked for the loan canceled and my money back the owner might as well have laughed in my face. i would rather walk ever day for the rest of my life then ever go back there and i recommend avoiding this place.
