VERY disappointed in this service appt. Made a 9:30 am appt. for service on our Jeep. Joshua did tell me they would have to have car until afternoon. At 2:00 pm I asked how the progress was Made a 9:30 am appt. for service on our Jeep. Joshua did tell me they would have to have car until afternoon. At 2:00 pm I asked how the progress was as the status check on my phone was not showing any progress. I was told that the car had just been hooked up to computer for diagnostic. Requested the car to just be returned to me as that much time was unacceptable. I was asked to speak w/Service Manager, who I believe was unaware I had made an appt. because he told me that the mechanic doing the work was not happy to have to "undo" the cables hooked up to the car. When I did explain that the appt. was made, only thinking the car would be needed until the afternoon and not having work begin until afternoon I got car returned to me. We have been using this location for service on our GMC truckS, not just our current GMC P/U and Jeep for MANY years now and have NEVER had this unacceptable service before. ALL personnel are very friendly, no negative comments on that. The oil change had been completed that morning. More

GMC is wonderful I purchased a new truck and they hooked me UP! I received free window tent and steps added to my truck not to mentioned my new truck had a slow tire leak between the walls of the rim and th me UP!
