I have always brough my truck here for service instead of chevy. Something was different this time. Communication is key for customer satisfaction. Advisor confirmed what I had already verbalized with him fron my own scan tool. Agreed to the cost and time frame. Next day called around 11am for status. He was at lunch. Left a message with the receptionist. Didn't get a call so I called back at. All the previous advisors have always called me to update me. I don't know what is so hard about that. More

I was traveling home from California to Utah and broke down on the freeway and was towed to this dealership. From the moment I drove in the whole crew in the service department was exceptional. I was st down on the freeway and was towed to this dealership. From the moment I drove in the whole crew in the service department was exceptional. I was stranded with my 2 German Shepherds and they were so kind to let me bring them and and made me feel that they really cared. I needed a new transmission and they were clear about what needed to be done and even spoke directly to my repair man in Utah, discussing what needed to be done. I was exhausted and extremely tired and they were always there to help me get back on the road again. A big thankyou to the Service Manager Dorian and Service Advisors, Ray, Marlyn, and Danielle and a Huge thank you to Keven who got the job to Kevin who did the replacement for them and Isabella who was so kind as I checked out.
