My car broke down and I had it towed to Caposio to be fixed. I was told my car should be ready in the afternoon the same day it arrived at the dealer. No one called me to give me an update, then after fixed. I was told my car should be ready in the afternoon the same day it arrived at the dealer. No one called me to give me an update, then after two days I called them and left a message for my service manager who did not return my call. I called again and asked if anyone else could help me and that is when my service manager actually took my call. The information I was given was they cannot diagnose the problem with my car. They have now had my car for an entire week with still no resolution to fix it. More
