Bad Customer Service I was looking for a used car. I contacted Capitol Hyundai via internet. They called me back and seemed very nice. I ended up purchasing a different I was looking for a used car. I got another call back as they wanted to check and see if I needed any assistance. I told the young man that I had just purchased another kind of car and was in the middle of saying thank you very much for all their assistance, but he hung up on me right after I mentioned the purchase. Unbelievably insulting and unprofessional. At this point I would tell people not to deal with them the classy thing to do would have been to say Thank you for contacting us and to enjoy your new car! More
