It took almost three years to finally figure out and correct the problem with the passenger door handle lock. But they got it diagnosed and replaced the faulty part. Capitol Ford called me to say that my car had a factory recall, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but waited @20 minutes to see a technician. He recall, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but waited @20 minutes to see a technician. He said my car would he ready within 2-3 hours. After 3 hours, I tried to find my technician, but was told by another technician that he had gone home sick. He checked on my car and apparently the recall applied to Mustangs, not Escapes (my car). This was the second time something like this has happened to me at Capitol Ford. More
