The most disorganized approach to customer service and overcharged for work Started with Zach who was absent and non-communicative. A week went by i was moved to Marco- spent $2500 and problem not fixed- overcharged for work Started with Zach who was absent and non-communicative. A week went by i was moved to Marco- spent $2500 and problem not fixed- another week and a half and $2500 and still problem persisted- more weeks passed and kept telling me they would call me back and didnt someone name Fransisco wanted another $2800… Treated disrespectfully (yelled at on the phone by Marco, asked by other staff: “Do you want to wait until your husband gets here for me to explain this to you?”) (i am not married) Spent 5k over 5weeks and still problem was not fixed. Had to call in a favor of the boss to sort it out- Eldin was incredible and sorted it all out) If it hadnt been for Eldin dont know how much longer the people at Capital ford would have xxxxxx me along More

I have to drive 30 miles one way to get to Capitol Ford in San Jose. They have always been able to get the service done by lunch time and get me on my way home. I am kept informed if there are any unexpect in San Jose. They have always been able to get the service done by lunch time and get me on my way home.
