Fast, efficient and transparent Shopping for a new car can be a very frustrating experience especially when dealerships are not transparent about the condition of their vehicles, pra Shopping for a new car can be a very frustrating experience especially when dealerships are not transparent about the condition of their vehicles, practices and fees. After having the run around from a number of dealerships I decided to give Capital Mazda a try despite being 6 hours away and man am I glad I did. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, courteous and professional. The internet sales manager, John Manley, handled all of my online inquiries expeditiously while Omar in finance was detailed and transparent with all of the numbers prior to the trip. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as described and there were zero games throughout the entire process. Our sales rep Rob Forsyth was extremely knowledgeable and he graciously took his time to go over the car and every feature in person and Omar got me in and out of finance swiftly. All three of these gentleman went out of their way to really make us feel as comfortable as possible with our purchase and we wholeheartedly appreciate it. I wish every dealership experience was as extraordinary and straightforward as this one. These guys are setting the bar. Thank you. More

From the very first time I walked into the showroom he greeted me listen to my concerns and was very helpful. Throughout the process he communicated with me and let me know what I needed to bring the day that I wanted to pick up my car. I'm a long-time Lincoln owner and I would travel back to Michigan to purchase my car I had a very good relationship with my other salesperson but did not want to really travel back to Michigan. Third car from Capital This is the third car we have purchased from Capital. Our 2014 CX 5 which was serviced exclusively by Capital was totaled in an accident. We replaced it with a 2028 CX 5 with a higher trim level. After looking at comparable cars from both Mazda and other manufactures, we chose to stay with them since I did not want to haggle for a price. We were able to stay with the salesman who we had worked with when purchasing our 2014 model. We received good information with no pressure and no gimmicks. I asked for and received a turn key price. The process was pleasant and efficient. We also had experienced excellent service on our 2014 model which encouraged us to stick with Capital. More

Do not buy the warranty Save your money DO not buy the pre owned vehicle warranty. The service center does everything they can to discourage you from using it and I was even approached by the manager before they even looked at my car for just for mentioning it. He wanted me to say I would agree to pay a diagnostic charge if my problem wasn't covered. I thought it was odd to be approached like that when I had just walked in the door and gave them my key and my warrenty card. I knew I would at least have to pay the 100 dollar deductable for the service so why would I not be okay with a 120 dollar charge. I have come in a couple of times before for service and I had always been shown to the seating area and offered coffee while I waited.That day when I checked in I was told they didn't want me to wait while they looked at it even though I had made an appointment. Why would I take the time to make an appointment just to drop off my car. I don't need you to keep my car all day for a diagnostic. Then they tell me they don't know how long it will take if I chose to wait for them to look at my car. Again I've made an appointment 4 days in advance so they should have scheduled for someone to look into the problem that I was asked to explain when I called in to make the appointment. While I was waiting they had plenty of people available to crawl around my car and come to tell me all the things "wrong" that need attention right away. Air and cabin filters needing to be changed are a" very serious matter "and also cost around 300 bucks but still no word on my actual problem. After waiting almost 3 hours someone finally comes to tell me yes your problem is covered under your warranty but now they don't have the parts to fix it. I left with the assurance that it would only take a couple of days for the parts to come in. Well 6 days later I decided to call after not hearing from anyone. Low and behold the part just came in that afternoon and they where about to call me lol. Then they didn't even want to make the appointment to fix my car on the day that was convenient for me because the person who wasn't even the one to actually help me on my first visit was scheduled off on that day. I have continually felt dismissed during this whole ordeal and I fell like they don't even want to be bothered with fixing my car. Well after my appointment on Monday I will not be bringing my car back to Capital Mazda for any kind of service warranty or not. More
