I went in to have my vehicle checked for a brake issue on a brand new 4Runner. I walked in and Brody was incredibly rude to me. He treated me like I did not know what I was talking about, and was very condes a brand new 4Runner. I walked in and Brody was incredibly rude to me. He treated me like I did not know what I was talking about, and was very condescending to me. I told him the issue, which I already knew from talking to the dealership I bought it from and Toyota themselves and he talked down to me. When I asked for my keys back, he informed me what the issue was.. which happened to be the exact thing I told him was the issue when I got there. I will never use Capital Toyota again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I know if my husband had been there, this would not have happened. I would rather drive a longer distance to receive better customer service. More
