Was quick to answer questions, gave updates often on my vehicle, just very courteous. The lobby was very comfortable but I wish there were cables for phones because I forgot mine. It took 6 weeks to fix the AC and communication only happened when I called to check in. It went from 'every thing will be covered by warranty' to having to pay $600. Justin also became extremely rude w happened when I called to check in. It went from 'every thing will be covered by warranty' to having to pay $600. Justin also became extremely rude when asking about car issues. I felt strong armed and taken advantage of. I shouldn't leave a dealership in tears. More

Customer service was very poor, I felt like I sat there too long,. And before even getting there, I had trouble getting them on the phone.. once I arrive I felt like they didn't listen and they over talk t too long,.
