Andrew did an excellent job delivering our 2018 Toyota Tundra. We had completed our application online prior to delivery on Saturday 5-23-20. I can’t say enough about how good the visit was by the service department. I arrived a couple of minutes late for my appointment, but was met as I drove up by a technician that began taking information a service department. I arrived a couple of minutes late for my appointment, but was met as I drove up by a technician that began taking information about my Expedition. He directed me to see one of the service managers inside the building. My wife had initiated a service request a few days earlier for a console part that apparently failed and dropped out of position. A part had to be ordered and this was a follow up to repair the console. The service manager was not the same person that waited on my wife earlier, but immediately looked up the information in the computer system and got the process underway. He mentioned that he wasn’t exactly sure how long it may take to do the work, but told me that he would keep me updated. In less than 40 minutes, the service manager (Josh), that waited on my wife walked up to the waiting area and informed me that my vehicle was ready. I can’t say enough good things about this visit and the way my wife had been treated on her initial visit to Capital Ford! Your team works together better than any I’ve seen in a long time! It’s refreshing to know that I can rely on service like this when my wife stops by! Thanks for all that you’ve done. Don Helms More
