Parke Stafford made my first visit to the service department at Capital Eurocars leave a happy customer. He is professional, accomodating, knowledgeable, and courteous. I believe he did everything in his power to keep a customer happy, and to get the work done on my car as quickly as possible. I unquestioningly give Parke Stafford five stars. The part I am not happy with is making an appointment at least a month in advance and then it takes 4 days for maintenance. When making the appointment it was difficult to talk with a person. Finally, after calling several times I got through to Reese in the parts department and he was very helpful. More
