This is our third car buying experience with Capital Eurocars and we have always been treated so well. They make the car buying experience easy and pleasureable. This time we worked with Angus Thomas and he truly was a delight. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we picked the model that worked best for us. Tony Taylor is a tremendous asset to the organization. My problems were created at another location. When I discussed the situation with Tony, he immediately got to work. He took a detailed notes on my problem, got my car in the shop, gave me a diagnosis, made arrangements for me to get home and followed up with me via email (my preference)until my car was fixed. Drives like new. Tony will be the only one I contact for service in the future. The whole experience was a bit expensive, particularily as I had paid others to perform the work previously. In over 40 years of owning cars I have never dealt with a service manager like Tony Taylor. He is the best! He always has a smile and does his best to move you in and out as quickly as possible.
