In all honesty, my husband and I have been researching, visiting dealerships, and test driving vehicles for more than two months now. We had just purchased a vehicle from another dealership in Tallahassee back in November and although we did not want a second car note, the need was there. The experience we had at the previous dealership was not one I would cheer about. As a matter-of-fact, we had not closed a deal in these past two months because the level of service involved with the information we were given or the customer service were not at the level I expected nor demanded. This experience hands-down beat out every other dealership we visited with the exception of the Proctor brand and Ford (they just did not have what we needed). In all of the years I have lived in Tallahassee, I have never EVER considered even visiting the Capital Eurocars dealership, because everything "appeared" to be well over our price range, we only decided to ride through their parking lot before we began our search outside of the Tallahassee market. I am so glad we did, because not only did we get some of the best customer service I've seen around, but Scott, his manager, and the staff were beyond gracious, patient, hassle-free, and got us exactly what we wanted within the parameters of what our budget could afford.
