Tony Taylor at Capital Eurocars Service - Excellent Tony Taylor is easy to work with and worked tirelessly to ensure that my GLK350 was properly serviced and that my needs for transportation and informa Tony Taylor is easy to work with and worked tirelessly to ensure that my GLK350 was properly serviced and that my needs for transportation and information were satisfied. I was out of town with two women passengers following a hospital ICU visit when my GLK died completely in six lanes of extremely heavy rush hour traffic. I was able to re-start my car to continue. Upon returning, Tony had my car serviced and tested immediately. A car was available for my use, a definite plus for Capital Eurocars customers. I highly recommend Tony and service at Capital Eurocars. That said, This is the third time my GLK 350 has been in the shop having died in traffic. Each time all dash indicator lights including check engine, illuminated. The first time, electronic connections were re-seated and each time a software update was done. Twice additionally, the car died, and immediately recovered without requiring re-start, and, as the check engine light did not remain illuminated, I did not take it to service. This failure does not appear to be typical for this model as I have not heard or read of it happening in any automotive forum, periodical or service shops. However, I must say that my confidence in my particular vehicle is now not high. I'll reserve my final opinion to see if this problem is resolved. All in all, I trust and highly recommend Capital Eurocars service and specifically Tony Taylor for excellent customer service. More
