I am trying to do a simple thing: to make a refund for warranty I am not going to use. Initialy they promised to do it for 3-4 weeks. Now it's been a 5th! month since I started this. Nobody knows nothing, call center didn't transfer my requests, manager doesn't answer, general manager ignores my emails. I don't know what is going on there. I can give just one advise, all the communications should be done via written letters. You can use it then when you go to the court. More
