I’m not happy with the purchase, I feel my was done in a hurry, sales consultant Chris could not answer my questions and he called his manager Mike, they showed Federal credits as 7000 and manufactures cred hurry, sales consultant Chris could not answer my questions and he called his manager Mike, they showed Federal credits as 7000 and manufactures credit 12000 and my final quote price for new car came to 38000 and some change when they showed me a quote but when they took me to sign a lease agreement the prices are all changed and the gross price showed 49,550 and then increased to 54,538 with some hidden fee and they say they are tax etc but the tax price is actually included and why they added extra 5000 which makes no sense and they didn’t provide me a copy of a quote that was shown to me with the leasing documents. I am not happy. More

We could not trust anyone in the dealership. The salesman Jonathan Lewis was nice but failed to explain any of the technical aspects of the vehicle. We were informed that we could look it up on The salesman Jonathan Lewis was nice but failed to explain any of the technical aspects of the vehicle. We were informed that we could look it up online when we got home. The sales manager Luis Lopez Garcia blatantly lied to us on multiple occasions concerning additional costs that the dealership had to add on to the deal. Specifically the additional costs of a GPS tracker and the application of resistall fabric protection. The vehicle we purchased had arrived the night before and was still wrapped in plastic when we initially inspected it. The salesman informed us that all they had to do was to “detail” the car and there were no additional items to be added to the car. Enter the sales manager Luis Lopez Garcia to close the deal. The deal suddenly had two additional cost totaling $1,600 which included a GPS tracker and fabric protection. The sales manager informed us that the technicians in the back had “just” installed the GPS tracker and the resistall fabric protection at a cost of $1,600. I told him he was lying because the vehicle was wrapped in plastic just 15 minutes prior to our meeting and I stood up and demanded to see the vehicle immediately or the deal was off. The sales manager relented and told us he removed the additional costs - or so we thought. Enter the finance manager Roy Prasad. To close the deal (again) a somber finance manager showed paperwork that had removed the cost of the GPS tracker and the fabric protection and the only additional cost was the sales tax and destination fees. I thought the sales tax number seemed high but sales tax is sales tax - right? It’s when we go back to the finance manager’s office to review and sign the sales contract is when I realized that he attempted to hide and add the cost of fabric protection cost in the sales tax section of the contract (an additional $850). I informed the finance manager that he was attempting to include the cost of the fabric protection in the sales tax section of the contract and he blatantly lied and said it was a city sales tax ( the city does not have a sales tax). For a second time I had to demand the removal of the cost or the deal was off. He relented and removed the additional costs. At the end of the deal, the finance manager Roy Prasad requested that when the dealership sends a request for a review that we give them a 10 out of 10 rating and in exchange he would give us all weather floor mats and a free tank of gas. I requested that deal in writing and Prasad grabbed the sales manager business card wrote on the back of it “ floor mats all weather. Full tank gas”. More
