I came in to this dealership several times looking for a HD Silverado and after I found one on their website that was supposed to be shipped and after over a week I found one at Team Chevrolet and I purchas HD Silverado and after I found one on their website that was supposed to be shipped and after over a week I found one at Team Chevrolet and I purchased it because I needed a tow vehicle for my camper so the next day I went to the dealership to let them know that I found one and asked for my 500 deposit back because I never got the truck and was told by the Owner Wayne that they had taken it off the market that I wasn’t getting my deposit back knowing that the truck was the hardest one to get so it all boils down to one thing how do we take it all from the public, I guess my 500 is going to keep them in business so run don’t walk from here 😃😃😃😃 More

Never going back for service. Failed car inspection on a petty reason that 2 of 16 diodes on top rear taillight were not working, and wanted to replace for $389. Within two hours, had my vehicle inspected at another location, and it passed with flying colors. Went to DMV and got my new decal for the license plate. Something did not feel right, and I was correct in the first, failed inspection. More

I was hopeful this time, but once again, when my car had to be there longer than expected nobody bothered to let me know. When I used both text and phone the response was dismal. They need to remember when a client makes a 9:00 am appointment and is told 3-4 hours, they should start working!! And, if they realize it’s going to be several more hours, they need to alert the customer!! When people drop off their vehicle it generally means someone is dropping them off and bringing them back. Everyone’s time matters!! More
