What a great experience I had buying a used GMC vehicle from Capital Chevrolet in Shallotte, NC. I was met on arrival at the dealership by general manager Matt DeCarlo who introduced me to sales agent Trey from Capital Chevrolet in Shallotte, NC. I had already been to a few other dealers, and this visit to Capitol Chevrolet was to be the last. It turned out it should have been my first. The entire experience from arrival to departure including trade in of my older vehicle and acquisition of my new vehicle only took a couple of hours. Trey Gales and Matt DeCarlo negotiated a fair deal. Office manager Courtney Barbour (and Bubba Barbour) helped explain the many options available for financing and purchase, as well as the certified pre-owned vehicle warranty and service packages available. The entire transaction was simple, required very little effort on my part, and resulted in a very satisfied and loyal customer. The new vehicle was completely prepped, serviced and ready for me that day. A minor issue was taken care of by Trey Gales and Courtney Barbour, who ordered a part and had a service appointment scheduled within a week. That process was also a great experience with their very clean and comfortable customer service lounge, and the service appointment was completed quickly. Simply outstanding customer service at a dealership that is unlike any I had experienced before.
