Wife took 2019 Traverse in for a loud vibration/noise, service rep was impersonal with her. Day one, they diagnosed nothing, say they didn’t hear anything or find any problems. I pick up vehicle, pay $10 service rep was impersonal with her. Day one, they diagnosed nothing, say they didn’t hear anything or find any problems. I pick up vehicle, pay $100 for diagnostics, upon leaving hear vibration, immediately take vehicle back and take tech and service rep for a ride. Service tech says he’s hard of hearing and service rep says he can’t hear anything. Returned to dealership, had discussion with service rep manager who agreed to try again the next day. I get a notification early next morning they did hear vibration on first road test, it’s an exhaust support bracket failure and it’s a warranty repair for known issue. Pick up vehicle after repair, no new charges, but no reimbursement for diagnostics from previous day. Had to have another discussion about getting reimbursement for diagnostics for a warranty repair, waited a week to get reimbursement check. Very disappointing experience and it took twice as long as it needed to. Dealership management did not follow up or request any further feedback. More
