We took our corvette in for oil change and inspection but we noticed there was some damage to the front of the air lift we have on the car. Sales staff is very good but the service department has not lived up to my expectations with the handling of our 2024 high country 2500hd service engine faults, for the life of me I cannot believe I was re not lived up to my expectations with the handling of our 2024 high country 2500hd service engine faults, for the life of me I cannot believe I was responsible for putting fuel back in the truck that they put in when we purchased it. All because they couldn’t test the fuel for “additives” should be a 1 star! More

Your pricing for the key fob and programming was $130 higher than Jeff Gordon. Not sure why your prices are not comparable to another major Chevy dealer. I took my Corvette into Capital Chevrolet dealership to replace the original battery that was in the car. When they were finished and I took the vehicle home the clock inside was not reset the cruise contr replace the original battery that was in the car. When they were finished and I took the vehicle home the clock inside was not reset the cruise control was turned off and then I got a service message low battery. So I had to take it back later on that week to have a broken wire fixed that was on the battery cable and it was broken off by whoever put the battery in. I'm very dissatisfied with Capital Chevrolet service department. More
