Always a great experience. I purchased my car here back in 2008 and I have returned for every service since. I always feel safe when I leave my car there and I know they will do their best to provide service they would want themselves. Arlen is relatable and always is looking for the best way to help me out with my services and costs. Oil change My overall service experience was good and service staff friendly and accommodating. Arriving around 7:15am, my oil was changed in a timely manner. I My overall service experience was good and service staff friendly and accommodating. Arriving around 7:15am, my oil was changed in a timely manner. I was informed that my alignment was slightly off and that it was corrected that no charge which I appreciated. I was told that they would wash my vehicle as well. When I went to my car, I noticed that the car was wet... perhaps rinsed, but definitely not washed. I decided to go back in and mention that my car was not washed and they said they would do it again. When it was ready the second time, nothing had changed. I really wanted to go back in and point it out so your service staff could see what a "wash" looks like, but had to get to work. I would suggest that if you just rinse and wipe the vehicles and don't actually wash them, that you should make that very clear. I ended up cleaning my car when I got home from work. More
