Less Than Ideal Situation I have been coming to this dealership for years and just brought my car in for 100k service about 2 weeks ago. I haven't dealt with rude employees, un I have been coming to this dealership for years and just brought my car in for 100k service about 2 weeks ago. I haven't dealt with rude employees, until now. I generally never fill out surveys but thought this situation warranted such. I was recommended to replace my brakes and steering fluid. That same night I started hearing a static coming from back back right speaker which I found weird since there was no prior issue with my speakers until after I brought the car in. I left for a week long trip and was unable to contact anyone so I called the service dept as soon as I returned and spoke to Brad. I live a bit further away and making a trip back down is an inconvenience and his comment to me was "We all live further away and have to travel down here"....Long story short, he recommended that I bring the car in to get checked out. I brought the car down on Saturday and a few hours later I received the service video from the technician who said that my brakes and all of my fluids "look good" which I found confusing considering just 2 weeks prior I was told I need new brakes and new steering fluid. I brought this to Brad's attention since they are contradicting recommendations and he could say is "Hmm that's a tough one" Is this supposed to be helpful? How can you expect someone to trust anything being told when not only two weeks apart I am given contradicting information? Why would I continue to bring my car to a place with faulty information and rude customer service? More

Not happy with my pick up I waited almost an hour to hear that their Uber was down and then they said they were sending me a driver and they never showed up and no one called m I waited almost an hour to hear that their Uber was down and then they said they were sending me a driver and they never showed up and no one called me to tell me. I had to have my boss drive me over to pick up my car and was very upset. Not cool!!!!!! More

I trust his caring and concern - making the customer come first! The work done at Capistrano VW is thorough and lasting. My Passat has 130,000 miles on it and has no major problem, in my opinion, because of that department. I am shopping for a new car (giving this to my daughter) and am truly considering VW because of the service and my positive experience with them, More
