Wonderful experience We bought a 2019 VW Jetta for our daughter and everything was just great. Curtis the salesman was patient and helpful and Chris in finance was great t We bought a 2019 VW Jetta for our daughter and everything was just great. Curtis the salesman was patient and helpful and Chris in finance was great too! After getting the car home we noticed an abrasion on the drivers side door so we left that comment in our review. The next day the manager Nick called us and said that’s not how they deliver cars and for us to bring it in so they could take care of it. We got the car back on Friday and it looks good as new. So very happy with the service and this dealer. This is the first VW in our family and hopefully not our last. We will be referring friends and family to you as well. Thank you ;) More

Good except it’s an all day thing. I do enjoy the peace of mind of having experienced people working on my car as well as people at the desk that know what they’re talking about. No complaints at all there. My big gripe is this: Service takes all day long. I drop my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning (8:10 to be fair) and I don’t get to pick it up until almost 4:30. Just an oil change. Now they do go over everything and find out what needs else to be serviced... but sometimes I just need an oil change and can’t afford to not have my car for eight hours. I have other obligations/errands etc during the day. More
