Professional, courteous and honest While I had an appointment, I did have to wait a little longer than expected for an oil change. Nonetheless, it was worth the wait. Also I'd like to give a special thank you to Nory, because after I left the dealership from getting my car and dropping off the rental I forgot to take garage door opener. A few minutes after I left Nory called to ask if I left my door opener so I turned around to go back and got it. I'm sure glad I didn't get home (Riverside) to find out I left it at the dealer. More
Just Another Flawless Visit I had to bring in my Jetta for a routine service and when I arrived I was warmly greeted by Mr. Johnson who guided me through what the service would I had to bring in my Jetta for a routine service and when I arrived I was warmly greeted by Mr. Johnson who guided me through what the service would entail, how long it would take, and gave me reminders about future check ups my car may need. Everyone there was extremely kind, patient with me, and wanting to provide a good service even if I was there for just an hour and a half. I was even told that I could request them to call me a Lyft (that they would pay for) to take me somewhere and back while my car was being serviced if I didn’t want to wait in the lobby, which was stocked with low-cost treats and beverages. Even if this dealership was miles and miles away from where I live, I would still take the drive because of how amazingly I’ve been treated! More
