"Move Over Ritz Carlton" I made my reservations online, which took less than 3 minutes, for my appointment yesterday at 1:30 pm, Thursday. I was on time and was greeting by Arlen at the service desk. Arlen is the service manager and I now know why!!! Arlen took care of everything I needed, 50K miles service for my Passat. and both recalls on the vehicle and more!!! I was taken home and was picked up from home, right on time and by two great Uber drivers. Coming from 38 years of Hotel, Restaurant and Hospitality management background, I was very impressed. The "WOW" factor came in when I was emailed a video of my car, by the technician, showing me what has done and what he had found in addition to my scheduled service. Immediately after I watch the video I received a call from Arlen asking me if it was okay to go ahead with the additional repairs. I agreed and all was so fluid and seamless!!! Thank you Arlen and Team!!! Well done Sir!!!! More

Pretty darn good this time It’s was good experience with Fred this time. I have been there for all my service visits this by far was the best. I think the dealership should really take a look at there service department. Like I said I have been there since I bought my car every service has been done at Capistrano VW I’m at 52,000 mi. They do not seem happy at all. Actually everyone seems extremely unhappy . If it was just one person ok but all service agents. You probably should take a look at your employee model. There good people take care of them. Remember your only has good has the people who work for you! More

Jorge Babiczuk is the best mechanic around. Honest and helpful in explaining what is going on with our car. The video he sends during his review of our car is extremely helpful. We usually have Brad check us in but this visit we had Arlen. It was an easy check out. Thank you Capo VW!!! More

I met 3 separate service folks as well as the service department director. All were extremely helpful and acted like they wanted me there because I was important to them.
