On March 31st I took my VW Beetle to Capistrano VW for the recall of the driver side airbag. They handled that problem just fine. But they sent me an email and a text stating that my battery was low, an the recall of the driver side airbag. They handled that problem just fine. But they sent me an email and a text stating that my battery was low, and that I need to change my brake fluid, coolant and one other fluid needed to be changed. I told them not to do as I would take my car to my VW/Audi specialist. So, I did and he checked everything out and it was all fine and he told me that this is an up sale trying to make more money. I do not appreciate this type of service and I won't be going back to Capo VW for anything. More

Capo VW service has always done an excellent job in providing honest and thorough work. My last visit, there was some overlooked concerns I had communicated to the service team. Those concerns were realized on my return trip home, over 300 miles away. Nonetheless, while things have been difficult with the pandemic, I will still return to Capo VW for service expertise. More
