He arranged for everything to be fixed and would call me periodically giving me quick updates. Taking in your car for major repairs is not fun because you don't know what happens in the garage. However, Freddy made sure he explained everything in depth as to the steps needed to take, the price, and helped assure I was leaving my vehicle in great hands. I appreciate everything he did for me. Saved My Day My car broke down on a Saturday, had to get it towed to the nearest Mazda Dealership. They were closed and couldn't look until Monday but Freddy came My car broke down on a Saturday, had to get it towed to the nearest Mazda Dealership. They were closed and couldn't look until Monday but Freddy came up to my car as we were waiting to get picked up and said hold on, let me try something. He brought my car into the back, came back a few minutes later and said that he could have my car up and running in 15 minutes. He kept to his word! I was expecting to have my car days later, but instead got it fixed and running within 30 minutes of arriving and free of charge- on a Saturday! Very friendly place, willing to help you in any way possible. More
I have been a regular customer for about two years, since I bought my Mazda speed3. I have had good experiences when dealing with Jayson The owner who works also in service department. I had a previous run in with a female service manager who does not work there anymore. Now I have had a problem with the service manager Freddie, He was to call me back for an estimate for an engine mount replacement. I came in at 8:30 a.m. he said he would call me back later. I needed to pick up a part in the afternoon so I stopped in to ask him about my estimate as it was now 2:30pm and I did not hear from him. He said again I will have to get back to you. I looked around there are no other customers waiting in service area to be helped. He got rude with me and then I told him I think 6 hrs. was a long time for a simple estimate, I asked him if i needed to make an appointment to get an answer. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager he said go a head. I walked out and said never mind , I will find someone else to work on my car. He has always been kind of flip when ever I went in for an oil change, In the past I have ignored it, but at this point, I have had it with the attitude. I work with the public as I have my own business for the past 20 years, this is not reasonable customer service. More
