As a first time Mazda CX 5 car buyer, we had a great experience with Rick. He made the entire process seamless and was very pleasant to talk to. We had the best experience with Forouz and AJ in the financial department. We live over an hour away and were able to work out the deal online before driving in. He came back for 3 hours although he was off that day, took all the time to go through my son’s new car, and it was almost 9pm (office closed at 8pm). Very much appreciated.
