I have been a regular customer for about two years, since I bought my Mazda speed3. I have had good experiences when dealing with Jayson The owner who works also in service department. I had a previous run in with a female service manager who does not work there anymore. Now I have had a problem with the service manager Freddie, He was to call me back for an estimate for an engine mount replacement. I came in at 8:30 a.m. he said he would call me back later. I needed to pick up a part in the afternoon so I stopped in to ask him about my estimate as it was now 2:30pm and I did not hear from him. He said again I will have to get back to you. I looked around there are no other customers waiting in service area to be helped. He got rude with me and then I told him I think 6 hrs. was a long time for a simple estimate, I asked him if i needed to make an appointment to get an answer. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager he said go a head. I walked out and said never mind , I will find someone else to work on my car. He has always been kind of flip when ever I went in for an oil change, In the past I have ignored it, but at this point, I have had it with the attitude. I work with the public as I have my own business for the past 20 years, this is not reasonable customer service. More
