To be clear, Alex, the salesman was lovely! A great person. But management is horrible! Car was delivered with a tailline out so had to drive it back to the dealership on day 1. Still wouldn't replace the windshield. They are the typical dealership people. Would NOT recommend!!! More

Forouz is a delight to work with, adept at making super deals without haggles, and she made every step of my transactions a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about Forouz and Capistrano Mazda. This time, I think you all should be aware of how Mazda (San Juan Capistrano, CA.) positively addressed an issue I had with my 2021 Mazda CX-5. During this fix, they needed to keep my car for a few days to assure how to fix the performance issue I had. They spent no time listening and then offered me a loaner vehicle until they corrected the issue. It's not just the high-quality product that impresses me, it's how they handled this process.
