Built an identical optioned 2018 Unlimited Sahara with some newer features. Final price was actually less than what I had been paying monthly for the 2012. Dave called regularly to give me build progress, vehicle arrived in 22 days. The 2018 far exceeded my expectations. Great ride, hard to remember you're still in a Wrangler. He has a superior grasp of what a customer wants to know in order to make an educated decision. He gathers all the facts and presents them "truthfully", which is not so common these days. I told him what I was looking for and within a couple days, he was ready to present a vehicle to me, which was better than I could have expected. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and stayed in touch after the sale was completed. He truly did make me feel like I was part of the Canandaigua Chrysler Family. It was the best decision I ever made. I felt comfortable, with no pressure to buy a expensive vehicle or a vehicle that I did not really want. I told Eric what my issues were int the past and what I wanted for a vehicle. He was honest and upfront about everything. I got the vehicle I wanted with an excellent extended warranty at a fair price. It was the first time ever as a customer that I felt like the salesmen had my best interest at heart. It was a wonderful experience from the start to finish. My only regret was not buying a vehicle from this dealership decades ago.
