Went to have truck serviced & inspected when I picked truck upi was told to drive to clear the codes and if no other codes came up they would put a sticker on it.when I went back was told they had never truck upi was told to drive to clear the codes and if no other codes came up they would put a sticker on it.when I went back was told they had never done the inspection, and now there is additional work to be done. Had they checked it when it was there they could have done that work too. Now have to make another appointment to have this done. xxx More

I purchased a new Ram Warlock. I drove four hours to get to the dealership. I brought my kindle as in my past auto purchasing history, (I'm 68), it has always taken hours to get I drove four hours to get to the dealership. I brought my kindle as in my past auto purchasing history, (I'm 68), it has always taken hours to get through all the crap. I never took my kindle out. Even though the purchase was conducted almost totally electronically, everything went through perfectly. Insurance cards, plate transfer, rack transfer from my trade to the new truck; No Waiting, not a hitch in the whole process. Perfect. More

The sales rep at Canandaigua told me it’s a policy to start at $2,000+ above MSRP “because of market conditions.” I told him that’s dealership discretion, greed, and that I look forward to sharing in the start at $2,000+ above MSRP “because of market conditions.” I told him that’s dealership discretion, greed, and that I look forward to sharing in the community that Canandaigua CDJR’s owners are grifting their customers. Grifting means “engaging in petty or small-scale swindling.” There are multiple Jeep dealers in the area that don’t charge over MSRP. The sales rep didn’t like being put in this uncomfortable position. He said “this is your 1st warning…never contact me again.” For an industry that thrives on getting the customer to come in to the dealership so they can put you in an uncomfortable position, it was very strange to see a professional be so dramatic when called out on their lack of integrity - especially electronically, where the customer can share the transcript with the world! Canandaigua CDJR are not the kind of people you want to do business with. Happy car shopping everyone! More
