The "Works" service was done timely and properly and was complete in 45 minutes wait time. Unfortunately, after that the service manager asked if I would like to have the vehicle washed to which I replied complete in 45 minutes wait time. I Scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and repair as my car wouldn’t start. I chose Campbell because there was a good chance the problem was caused by an issue covered under a recall/extended warranty my car wouldn’t start. The appointment was scheduled for the June 11th, I got the vehicle back on July 15th. They never initiated communication with me to inform me of what was taking so long, even after I asked them to do so. Their communication and transparency was seriously lacking in my situation. I understand there are complications when working on vehicles and other potential delays. But when an appointment is scheduled that vehicle and customer should be the priority and if there is an unforeseen delay communication from the service department to the customer is a must and in my situation Campbell failed More
