Made an appointment for oil change and to check out why my phone and Ranger speakers were bouncing back-and-forth when trying to talk. Was told I would have to make another appointment with a minimum charg my phone and Ranger speakers were bouncing back-and-forth when trying to talk. Not happy about the $200 but having to make another appointment and then driving from South Bend to Niles, another time when they were supposed to take care of it at the same appointment for the oil change just seems like poor customer service. I might as well just go to the Ford dealer in South Bend. That is just 2 miles from my house. More
