Good Dealer So I went in with knowing exactly what I wanted to look at. I told Alyssa straight out what I wanted to see. Got approved with a Zero Down loan though the intention was a trade in of my Diesel 1 ton but none the less it worked out. The process of financing etc went super fast. The one thing I feel that needs to be improved upon is the fact they have used vehicles that they claim have not gone through a safety inspection, or detailing. To me that is something that should be done before the vehicle is even shown. I told her I was okay with the detailing not being done etc. I asked if the safety inspection would be done in time for me to take it home. Well it was supposed to be. Now I am sitting here still no vehicle in hand and hoping for tomorrow. All in all I would go back to them as we have bought previous vehicles that exceeded the life expectancy by far. Great people to deal with. Just this time around I feel that there was some ball dropping going on. More

But the guys at Camp were wonderful!! They put up with my fits, calmed me down and spent 3 days working with me and the banks to get me in a car. They all deserve a great big thank you!! More

Long history of ugly customer relations . In 99 I bought a new ZR-2 and got good service as they sold the vehicle to me. That being said in 2004 they didn't have what I needed so I had to buy In 99 I bought a new ZR-2 and got good service as they sold the vehicle to me. That being said in 2004 they didn't have what I needed so I had to buy a HD elsewhere in SLC . They refused to fix all issues with my vehicle except the typical 6 month cluster guage replacements. My truck has misfired since new, and side mirror on one side won't extend. All covered under factory warrantee but camp. Lithia refused to do the repairs. I should have known this as I worked their as a mechanic in 84 and quit because I disagreed with the shop ripping off old ladies (customer pay) 350.00 to replace a u-joint it took 30 minuits to do. Parts were around 15.00. This year I purchased a injector system for a Jimmy 300 plus 100 core. It was defective and leaked fuel into the engine. 9 days later I took back the injector GM claimed 12 month 12k mile warrentee on new dealer parts. They tried to tell me it wasn't the one I bought and had lots of miles on it. It never left the driveway after instalation and ran >5 minuits. They refused to take the part back and refused to do GM warrentee. I'd stay clear of these crooked people at all costs. If they will rip of a shop or mechanic you know as a customer what's I store for you! More
