Recently tried to purchase a vehicle from camp. Payed the advertised price. Had to continuely negotiated the advertised percentage rates. They didn't honor the advertised rate blaming GM financial. We agreed on price and interest rate and I was putting ½down. When trying to complete the final sales form I was informed the vehicle was "unavailable" no further explanation. They then offered me a used vehicle for $1700 more than the new one with 4 miles. A 4 cylinder instead of v8 and 5k miles. Have been contacted multiple times since offering only used cars. This is known as bate and switch. More

The lack of communication between the sales managers and associates created an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I spent several days working with two different sales associates, researching vehicles, test driving, and negotiating a deal. After many hours, we finally reached an agreement. I secured financing through my credit union and also purchased a warranty through them, which the sales manager did not seem pleased about. After the deal was finalized, I purchased insurance for the vehicle and began cleaning out my current car in preparation to pick up the new one. Hours later, I received a phone call informing me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. More
