I have this entire ordeal fully documented, and everything in this review is backed up by written proof. I was a serious online buyer. I allowed them to run my credit and even spent $250 of my personal money to hire an independent inspector to check out the vehicle. I was fully prepared to fund the deal, but the communication from this dealership is virtually non-existent. Getting someone to actually answer the phone or reply to a message is nearly impossible. I sent multiple emails, left several voicemails, and called repeatedly, only to be consistently ignored. To be fair to the sales floor, my salesperson, Tallon, genuinely tried his best to keep things moving. Unfortunately, Camp Chevy's finance department and upper management are completely incompetent. After almost three weeks of trying to buy a single car, they still could not manage to produce the correct, finalized paperwork for me to sign. The way this dealership operates is deeply unprofessional and highly unethical. The constant stalling and delaying for absolutely no reason makes them operate more like a scam company than a legitimate, trustworthy business. Do yourself a favor, save your time, and go buy somewhere else. I canceled my deal and am taking my business to a dealership that actually knows how to sell a car. More
What would you say to a service department that says it's seven hundred and forty-four dollars to change a thermostat On a 2016, Chevy tracks and put a new housing on. All parts required are about 50 to 75 bucks and it takes about 30 minutes.Very simple job. I've been a mechanic all my life, but I'm disabled now and I'm unable to perform car repairs, I'm 65 years old, I guess they think the older you are the stupider you become. And after they finish the thermostat job now, they say, the heater will not blow hot air. Well, they probably forgot to bleed The system who knows they aren't worth a xxxx Avoid this place like the plague, or you'll be sorry. More
