When we took our Trax in to get it serviced they notice a leak and let us know. So we made an appointment for the next week. They ended up taking longer then expected, keeping the car overnight. On the next day we were informed that the technician who was going to be working on our car had an injury and couldn't come in to work. Trenton informed my husband that they were going to need it for a second night but he promised they would have it ready the next day and that he would personally see that it gets done. When my husband picked up the car the next afternoon, Trenton was there and apologized again and thanked him for being patient. We can't control obstacles that happen like being short staffed but patience and understanding eventually pay off. Every time we have had to have our vehicle serviced, the service staff have always been amazing and generous with us. I honestly feel that I don't want to go anywhere else.
