My first experience as a Ford customer has been extremely disappointing. I was excited to take delivery of my 2025 F-150 XLT, but unfortunately the truck arrived with damage to the passenger-side bed panel n disappointing. I was excited to take delivery of my 2025 F-150 XLT, but unfortunately the truck arrived with damage to the passenger-side bed panel near the taillight. Since then, I have spent more than six weeks trying to get a replacement RH bed panel (ML3Z-9527840-D). I first contacted a dealership in Tucson after they told me they had located the panel, I have asked for a payment link, I was later told it had already been promised to someone else. After that, I worked with Ford/Lincoln Camelback Parts, who found four available in Detroit. I paid for the part in advance, expecting delivery the following week. That never happened, and I received no meaningful update from Ford afterward. I also contacted Ford USA and Customer Service, but unfortunately the agent was unable to help and could not provide a corporate contact or even an email address for customer care. It is disappointing to see this level of treatment toward a domestic customer. What is most frustrating is that there appears to be no clear process, no reliable timeline, and no accountability, even when the customer has already prepaid. The outdated parts-trading system, lack of communication, frequent out-of-stock issues, and failure to provide updates have created unnecessary stress and seriously damaged my confidence in Ford Parts. More

Anthony was very help during my search for a new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and was able to provide comparisons with the pros/cons with other brands I was looking at!
