I appreciate the staff’s ability to answer our technical questions yesterday. It was also refreshing that multiple sales staff offered pleasant exchanges and welcoming comments in addition to Kolton. Our experience in the past at Ford dealerships has been that there is aggressive sales and then very poor help in service. We go to Camelback Ford because of Angela. Good experience with she's, but the finance department needs some work. Took hours to get to a decent rate when the Ford website clearly states the rate on certified pre owned financing.
